With the dawn of a new century and a new millennium as its focus, The Twentieth Century Memorial Foundation's mission is to stimulate, broaden and deepen public interest in history, the phenomenon of time and our place in it. Through invoking reflections on history and time we aim to build a bridge between our collective past and the unknown future that awaits us.

As a tourist would, TCMF collects images of events, developments, personalities and phenomena in order to report its findings to the inhabitants of this new century.
